Ease going with various types and capabilities

I like that they are very attentive to their customers needs in regards to technology! They really listen well when you have issues/questions about your account or software so it is easy to get through any sort of issue quickly & efficiently.
The fact they offer many different options helps solve problems as opposed from just one type of solution which can be overwhelming if not used correctly (i am speaking more specifically towards video). It's hard sometimes because i feel there isn't enough customization but at least we know what works best within our organization.

Pros

This service has saved me money for my business, helped increase productivity with how much time employees spend using products instead wasting valuable hours waiting around trying do anything other than work..and customer support team goes outta way by giving excellent advice regarding product usage along side great suggestions / recommendations all without spending additional funds beyond initial purchase price tag..so kudos
