Although this helmet states that it meets CPSC standards for safety of bicycle helmets, the label inside does not meet the CPSC standard for passing safety standards. And it turns out a lot of the cheaper helmets have some vague indicator that they meet CPSC standards, going so far as to put some sort of markings on them, but have never actually been tested. That doesn't necessarily mean it won't protect or hold up in a fall, but who knows because it hasn't been properly tested. Personally, if I look ugly while cycling, I want to know that a helmet meets safety standards. Revain should not permit the sale of such items.
