Review on Green Toys Shape Sorter Blue by Ronald Howlett

I'm a big fan of Green Toys. We have many of them and we love them. But this shape sorter is not my favorite. I love that my son can't open it by himself. With other shape sorters, he just takes the lid off and puts everything in a bucket. I liked that on this toy he MUST use the shape sorting holes to reach them. The main problem I have is related to the sorting form. Since it's fairly perfunctory, it often hangs if you insert one form and then try to insert a second. (I've added a photo showing them "getting stuck".) This is very frustrating for my 2 year old. He will try to insert it in the right hole but it won't go in. So he moves on to other (wrong) holes. Because of this, he very rarely wants to play with this toy. I would love for Green Toys to change the design because overall their products are amazing. I like that they are made of durable plastic.
