Updated review: It takes time to learn how to press and release the button with one hand but I managed it. A press of just "4" on the dial works well enough. The problem with puddles is simply a problem with liquid getting in and around the wand. I solved this problem by flushing the wand, holding it up when it's off, opening the valve to drain the liquid again, and then just leaving it hanging over the sink. I'm very happy with this floss, that's why I've upgraded it to five stars. First feedback: I will update my post when I have it a little longer. Everything works. Toggling the wand's button from off to on and back again is a little tricky when the wand is in your mouth. Pulse pressure is good, setting five suits me. I like the design of the lid that allows you to store heads inside. I like the reservoir so I don't have to refill it after each use. A couple of times I noticed a puddle of liquid underneath. I don't know if it's my fault for not cleaning the wand thoroughly enough before putting it back in, or if it's some kind of leak. It's not compatible so I haven't figured it out yet. It could be the effect of filling it up to its maximum capacity and then leaving it that way.
