Problem with a knot

My wife usually likes your yarn and feels, but this time a bundle of yarn was miswound and the end could not be found. She tried to find a loose end at either end of the bundle and ended up having to unwind the whole bundle and roll it back into a ball. Not a critical issue, but potentially a quality assurance issue. This only caused her to waste a lot of time.
