I like that it's easy to use with all their templates available on one page! You can also create your own or share them. There are some tutorials online but they're not very helpful when you need help right away. The layout could be improved - there should be tabs across from each other rather than stacked in columns so everything stays organized better than currently done as well as having just ONE button/link at the bottom instead of 2-3 (or even 4!) would make my life easier since these links tend to get left out often times. Also if someone shares an email template, sometimes certain fields aren't filled in correctly because they don't know how to fill those in themselves. This makes our jobs harder which isn't ideal! Easier process management overall and increased productivity once we've figured things out ourselves.
