I have plantar fasciitis and poor hamstring mobility, so I recently found myself working at a desk in my office most of the day. We have a Target rug downstairs in front of our kitchen sink, it's all crumbling and missing parts and I didn't want another experience like this. I bought the Sky Mat based on the positive reviews and the price. I bought it in September 2016 and since then I've been wearing it for several hours a day, mostly in sneakers. I stand firmly on the mat. I often listen to music while I work and tap my feet on the carpet to the beat. Nine months after purchase, I noticed that a spot the size of a silver dollar had come loose in the top layer of the mat. After a few days, as the stain slowly increased, more flakes came loose. I contacted Sky Mats through Revain and received a reply the next day. No questions asked, they agreed to send me a replacement and promised delivery in 10-14 days. It came in 7 days. I remain very satisfied with the quality of the product and particularly satisfied with the quality of service provided by the company. I would buy another rug from them in a heartbeat for future needs.
