Confirmed it will fit 2008 F150 but this adapter is missing
Universal product that did not work on my 2008 F150. I checked all the adapters that came with them multiple times, but none were long enough with the right diameter and thread type. Either my kit didn't have an adapter, or people just screwed the thing up and assumed it worked. Should be ok if the kit includes an adapter for your car but I can't tell until you get it as the description was wrong in my case.
