I bought a repair shop in the Ozarks. We had to make some temporary changes to accommodate the laundry room and my plants until the additions were complete. I ordered this to protect my tropical plants from frost. I temporarily covered my back porch with a lattice roof and made a door. We put the plastic on the grate so I can take it off when it gets warmer. I originally didn't want to put up a trellis, but my inherited cat continued to secretly do the laundry with me, so I figured he needed a place to have fun too. I'm in zone 7a so it can get pretty cold here at times. I also warm up the area when doing laundry with a dryer that we fitted with an exhaust that blows into a 5 gallon bucket with holes drilled in it. The cat loves her tropical house, especially when it's hot and stuffy on sunny days. I can usually keep the temperature on my back porch about 10-20 degrees warmer than outside without using a dryer. I also included some LED grow lights to make sure the plants get enough light. In general, everything is fine, the plastic is durable, it did not crack in strong winds.
