Fits 2002 Ford F-150 Manual Transmission. Easy installation. It has an extra terminal, you just have to ignore it if you only have 3 wires. Use the one marked "S" and you'll be fine. Don't forget that this is the ground for the chassis. So if you're just trying to test it without installing it, you'll need to ground it.
