Mine arrived damaged otherwise no reason why it shouldn't be 5 stars. It was thrown in a big box along with another product I ordered so it was banging all the time during delivery. The end of this box exploded, breaking half of it into two or more pieces. I can still use them of course, but it was very frustrating to collect them all and try to stuff them back in the box. of course, everyone will never fit in there, and it is annoying when you have to load several small staple segments compared to a full run. Next time I'll order it as a single piece and hope it's better packaged. Otherwise no traffic jams or similar during use, that's it!
