These are great knives!
These are very simple good knives. You will have to hand wash them and coat them with olive oil etc after use as they are made of very high carbon steel which can be easily sharpened to a very sharp edge. They are intended for people who need quality knives and are willing to pay special attention to them. That's all you'll ever need unless you're pretending to be a super chef or something. They are inexpensive but high quality, with a full shank. Oneida also makes must-have SEAL knives, so you're in good hands with these Ontario Oneida knives.
