Review on Hamilton Beach 3-Quart Slow Cooker - Matte Black (33231) with Dishwasher-Safe Crock & Lid by Andy Edwards

Another piece of crap made in China. The first dish I tried to cook, chicken in sour cream from a mixture of chicken soup and chicken broth, failed. The recipe called for simmering for 5-6 hours. After the first hour the liquid was still cold. I changed the pace. High level control and waited an hour. When I checked again, the liquid at the bottom was barely warm and the chicken was still cold. I am returning this pot and will never buy a Hamilton Beach product again as long as they continue to make their products in China.
