This duvet is the best duvet I have ever bought. I live where winter nighttime temperatures can drop to -20, -30. This blanket, used alone, offers us comfort. It has a little weight but not that uncomfortable. Can also be worn with comfort in spring and autumn, so really trans-seasonal. No annoying stinging of down like previous comforters I've had. The filling stays spread out where it is. Doesn't separate like a duvet. You never have to shake or fluff it up to get the filling back in place. Washes and dries quickly and easily. (handy for drying) The softest material I've ever felt on a duvet, like microfiber. Very hard-wearing material and high-quality optics. I bought a twin bed for my twin bed and I have about 2 1/2 feet of overhang on each side. This is a very high quality, beautiful and very soft blanket at a great price. Can't recommend enough.
