08/28/17 I had this unit professionally installed by a licensed plumber. On 8/29/17 it started leaking. outlet fitting. I called the plumber to let him know on 08/30/17. He came back and tightened the fitting. After 1 hour it started dripping again. 8/31/17 Today I'm calling the plumber again to see if I need to return the unit. I trust this gentleman as he has over 40 years of experience. Post an updated review when I know more. UPDATE 8/31/17: The plumber said he put extra teflon tape around the brass fitting and the leak continued. He recommends sending the unit in as he believes the internal brass fitting is faulty. I will have to buy another block and replace it with the current one. I can't remove the existing one without replacing it as I would have to shut off the water throughout the house. Not happy with that.
