Review on DNAMotoring ALU FT T5 ALU RD Aluminum Fuel Cell by Anthony Mcgarry

I give two stars because at first glance it was of high quality. Problems occurred during installation. 1) The filler cap was not removed when the box was opened. The plastic part under the cap was too big for the hole in the tank. The first time I had to "get out" with a screwdriver. Then disassemble the cover and take the plastic to the grinding table and carefully remove the material along the outer edge. When it was done it was good. When reassembling, you must have just placed the cap in the tank and said it was ready for use. 2) Although the cell itself is well made, the two bottom outlets were welded too high up the side of the cell. As a result, the top of the bushings will be ABOVE the mounting tabs. Makes it impossible to flush mount the cell as intended. If the exhaust ports were 5/16 inch lower there would be no problem. Two stars for quality materials but poor quality control.
