The smart key function makes key changing very easy compared to changing handles etc with traditional locks. I had a hiccup changing the keys to one of the latches but a quick youtube search and 10 minutes later showed all the locks had been changed. They look great and work well. Revain offers half the price compared to your local hardware store. The kit includes two sets of different length mounting screws in case your door is thick. I had no problem installing a few of these on my doors. I think anyone who knows how to use a screwdriver can figure out how to install it by reading the instructions or watching a tutorial video online. The SmartKey function is simple but can be tricky if you don't do it right. I would recommend watching a youtube video of someone changing a key and you will understand how easy it is and you will understand how easy it is. Pros: Looks great. Works smoothly. Ease of installation.
