EXCELLENT product, I really like it. However, please note that this is an insert and not a complete assembly as shown in the photo. You need to take a standard rack, hack it and plug in this one. It wasn't difficult to do if you had the right fees. The complete assembly took several hours, but I had all the necessary tools. The performance is excellent, it varies from very soft to very hard and is adjustable.
