This software has helped improve customer relations and communication with clients
I like how easy it is for me create different types or questions in order get my customers feedback about their service they are receiving from our organization! It's also helpful when we have an issue at work because all you need do answer these questionnaires so easily helps us figure out what needs fixing first before going into any details regarding why something happened!! Nothing really but this program can be used by anyone who wants some quick answers without having too much detail given which makes things easier if there isn't enough time during your shift alone.
Pros
- The ease of having something like this and using it is great because it makes it easy for me to get the information I need at the time I need it without having to be bothered with too much information that I don't need
Cons
- I think that this program could be better if it were to go back to the way it used to be when you could read the questions and answers before rating them
