This software has helped improve customer relations and communication with clients

I like how easy it is for me create different types or questions in order get my customers feedback about their service they are receiving from our organization! It's also helpful when we have an issue at work because all you need do answer these questionnaires so easily helps us figure out what needs fixing first before going into any details regarding why something happened!! Nothing really but this program can be used by anyone who wants some quick answers without having too much detail…

Pros
  • The ease of having something like this and using it is great because it makes it easy for me to get the information I need at the time I need it without having to be bothered with too much information that I don't need
Cons
  • I think that this program could be better if it were to go back to the way it used to be when you could read the questions and answers before rating them

Great tool that you want with minimal limitations

The best thing about this software is it's ability for me or my staff members to be able to view all leads at once without having too many different screens open up in order to do so - I like being able see everything one page instead! It would have been nice if there were options where we could filter by lead source which can sometimes get repetitive when looking through them quickly before entering into our CRM system but overall great product. This program helps us stay organized during busy

  • Very user friendly interface with minimal lag time between clicks even while using an older laptop computer that may not function optimally compared other newer laptops / desktops
Cons
  • Good but not great
