Review on Inov 8 Mens Flite 245 Cross Trainer Men's Shoes by David Weis

Maximum power balance

I have quite a long history with Inov-8. I first came across them when I was looking for a pair of running shoes that could grip wet rock. I needed this because I was running in the mountains where there were a lot of wet surfaces that could be very problematic. Jump ahead a few years. I'm not in a dry climate. The last thing on my mind was buying a pair of Inov-8s. why do i need them Running shoes generally fall into two main categories: protection or performance. If you are looking for athletic shoes, look no further. The big problem with performance is that they often sacrifice traction and comfort to get those features. . It doesn't apply to these. They have enough padding to be comfortable. In addition, they are well ventilated to keep your feet dry. By weight, these are the best of the best. You will hardly find a better pair of lightweight running shoes. You might think they won't last due to the ventilation and light weight. It's not like this. Inov-8 justifies its high price with durability. I completely offended Inov-8 and they survived. Hiking is one thing. Trail running is different. I've done almost 200 miles of test runs with the pair. The sole has become thinner, but the seams have held tight. The price might put you off, but I have to admit, if I were to start the AT or a similar route, I wish I had them on my feet. That's why they really are better than most boots. If you're choosing between protection and performance, you can opt out of this climate control solution. An ankle sprain can be almost completely eliminated with proper conditioning. When you do this, you want the best combination of comfort and performance on your feet. it is you

Pros
  • Minimalist design promotes better posture and can help reduce injuries
Cons
  • Ankle support is insufficient
