My adopted SPCA Shih Tzu was a mess when I got him. His hair was sparse, he was thin, and he took liquid ivermectin every day of his life to treat chronic scabies. There was no gourmet dog food back then. Those who wanted to get to the top bought wet food instead of dry food. I bought him bags of dry pedigree for life. He lived long and I have to give credit to the Bloodline. He's been gone for almost ten years and I still miss him. I still trust Pedigree and now buy it for my son's dog.
