First impression of the case out of the box? Plastic and flimsy. And very curious how the screen protector would work.Installation: needs better instructions!I managed to finally install it to my liking, a lot of hard work though, and you have to be careful not to mess up.Here's what I did:1. Clean your phone throughly to remove all dust from your phone. They don't provide any cleaning solution just a small fiber cloth. I used my own cleaning supplies.2. Clean the case! Yes the case had dust in it or will have it depending on how quickly you install.3. Once everything is clean, remove the yellow finger print sticker label.***Careful!*** once you remove the label, there is a 2 sided sticker on the case, stuck to the inside of the fingerprint location of the case. Do not wipe, touch or get this part dirty. If you do, you will have to use your fingernail to peel it off, which can be messy or tricky and definitely frustrating. I went through 2 of the backup 2 of the 3 sided fingerprint stickers.This sticker is important to allow fingerprints to work properly .3. Install the phone face first into the front of the case.4. Make sure there is no dust! I had to redo steps 1 to 4. So a friendly reminder. Install the back cover with your phone still facing down. Snaps into place, use of some force is required.5. Press down on the fingerprint area so it sticks, delete existing fingerprints and re-register.Features:Pros:The case really does fit well on the phone, encompassing it thoroughly. Useful wrist strap provided to prevent accidentally dropping your phone.Cons: The touch input is slightly finicky and can be annoying, swiping down from the top or bottom of the screen is hard due to the raised case border, charging cable fit(note10plus charger), getting the pen out needs some effort.The power button gets stuck and will need to be redjusted to work correctly.Final verdict: seems like it is waterproof, I don't trust it enough to validate. No dust so far.The finger print sticker is clearly visible when using the phone even if you've done a clean install. If you're okay with trading looks for safety of your phone, this might work for you. I don't recommend it.
