Review on New Star Foodservice 39665 Industrial by Michelle Bell

The mugs themselves are of good quality but due to the force required to cut them they slide too easily on the countertop. So you help, but you still have to help with the cutting. I've found it easier not to deal with the suction and I'm looking for a place to permanently install a slicer so I can use the extra power when slicing (mostly required for tougher tubers like sweet potatoes and turnips).
