I thought this would be like all the other "tough" dog toy- NOT- It is the best. My dog has buried it in 5 foot of sand found it, chewed it, and keeps coming back to it. It is his favorite and looks practically brand new. I have a 100 pounds dog who goes through regular "tough" toys in an hour. After washing it off, it hardly looks chewed. The size is good for throwing and retrieving. I will be buying more for friends as this is the only toy you will need to keep your dog entertained. Also, the color goes all the way through which makes it easy to find.
