I really like their customer service team they are very helpful and willing to help with any questions or concerns we may have.

Their support is always quick and reliable! We've used them for almost 5 years now and never had an issue of not being able to reach someone when needed (aside from the holidays). Their email scheduling tool makes it easy to manage our emails without having to do all this manually in Outlook. It also allows us to create multiple campaigns at once which helps speed up time between sending out our emails versus doing so one by one.
