This product is really beautiful and durable and I love that it comes with tons of details. However, there is one major downside for me, which is that the top lid cannot be removed so I can pour out the liquid. Instead, I'm forced to use the extra tensioner that comes with it. It really frustrates me that I can't pour the drink as intended. I've tried taking it off, I've tried twisting it and others have tried too. Otherwise it would be a 5 star product.
