I suffer from anxiety and when my cuticles are dry and my skin feels hard, I pick and pull all the time. Bleeding occurs in most cases. I discovered this a few weeks ago but then lost it, just wait. Listen to this. After 2 weeks my cuticles were sooooo dry, my fingers were cracked! Until last night, less than 24 hours ago.
