Edit: I'm shocked. Today I came home with a new drinking bottle. Same color and everything. I love good customer service and couldn't be more impressed. It didn't even have a note or a request to update my review - it just popped up. I'm talking about a company that stands behind their products! I've been using a water bottle daily (almost daily) for the past 1 year. Today I took the cover off to wash it and found it was torn at the bottom. I've definitely used a ton of this but expected it to last more than a year. I like the tote bag a lot. It's easy to use, but we removed the strap.
