Installing this compact antenna was easy. It remains to make a couple of holes, insert the wire into the house (do not forget to close the holes) and connect it to the TV. Don't forget the batteries and don't forget to program your digital TV for new channels like I did! I contacted the seller and they were great! They were quick to reply to my emails, very understanding but not patronizing, and offered to help in any way. Wow! It was refreshing and very valuable because, as you know, buying a product is only half the battle; Customer support is the other half. Great product, works great. Very satisfied!
