Update: These gauges are very accurate until the tank drops below 10%. After this point I've noticed that the gauges get erratic and honestly you just can't tell how much you have left when it gets low. I was having an issue connecting to my phone after being away for a while but my fix for this was to restart bluetooth on my phone. I was a little skeptical after some reviews I read about this product but when reading a review make sure you follow the instructions. The metal clips for the tank bottom work perfectly and are easy to fit. After that I cleaned the bottom of the tank, applied some of the supplied lube to the sensor to keep it from sticking and installed them on my tanks. As soon as I opened the app, Tanks started reading. I obviously have no idea what the exact amount was before reading them but they seem accurate because I have 2 tanks and one is full the other I used on a couple of trips and 66 % shows what appears to be correct. Also, the tank was at least 50% full when I picked it up and compared it to another tank. In the end, the sensors were very easy to install, the app loaded with no issues, and everything synced in seconds. As I said before, if you follow the instructions, they should work without any problems. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in propane gauges.
