Easy to use and quick installation of the tank monitor on your phone.

There are several versions of this. One comes with a monitor for your RV. It doesn't read and only reads on your phone. The application is great. I installed it in the bottom center of the tank and followed the instructions to get the tank levels. The app uses 20 pound tanks by default, so I showed both full. I changed the value to 30 pounds and it returned 60% correctly. This is a great idea if you have 2 tanks and an auto switching regulator. Instead of just turning on 1 tank, turn on bothโ€ฆ

Works as advertised.

We work on RVs all the time and live in colder climates. I bought sensors to let us know about propane levels in cold weather. We have two 30 lb tanks. One thing I noticed is that the top of the tank needs to be clean and the bottom relatively smooth for the device to work. Additionally, if the sensor starts to shake, you can remove the battery to factory reset the sensor. The sensors themselves are fairly accurate and reliable; If either of them say the tank is low, I know it's time to go outโ€ฆ

Ideal for travel trailers

Update: These gauges are very accurate until the tank drops below 10%. After this point I've noticed that the gauges get erratic and honestly you just can't tell how much you have left when it gets low. I was having an issue connecting to my phone after being away for a while but my fix for this was to restart bluetooth on my phone. I was a little skeptical after some reviews I read about this product but when reading a review make sure you follow the instructions. The metal clips for the tankโ€ฆ

It's so nice to know what's going on with the tank(s)

It's easy to know what's going on with the level in the propane tank. I have no connection problems or Blue Tooth readings. I use a different type of setup as I just want to know when the tank is halfway or low and when it's almost empty. I also didn't want to mess with the sensors under the tank. It's heavy and sits in the mud. Under the tank it gets wet from rain, snow and ice. The tank with the lifter with clips is simply buried in the mud. I didn't want to build a platform. So I placed twoโ€ฆ

Tank check Almost everything went right

This is one of those products that got almost everything right. A great idea. Excellent use of modern technology. Easy to use. Very convenient application interface for the phone (can be read from inside the tractor on the go). Evidently the sensors, the bluetooth/phone app interface and the flexibility of the app have been carefully thought out and developed. The designer/manufacturer paid little attention to the simplest component of this system. The little green rubber washers used to liftโ€ฆ

The Best Security in Gas Detectors and Alarms

I've been struggling to get this product to work for the last year and a half and finally got it. how much propane you have I highly recommend this product. I have an Arctic Fox 990 camper with two large 35 pound propane tanks stored in a very cramped compartment that can be accessed at head height. This is great for keeping tanks warm and weatherproof in the winter, but not so good for controlling absolutely critical propane levels. I rely on a propane heater to keep the lines from freezing in

Install tricks to make it work.

I had a very hard time getting it to work. Here's what I needed. Most of these are not mentioned in the instructions. If your tank has thick walls, you will need to scrape down to the bare metal where the sensor is installed. The metal should be fairly smooth. When removing paint with a Dremel or similar, you will need to sand out most of the scratches with sandpaper or a very fine file and then sandpaper. Do your best to create a flat spot the size of the sensor. A smoother contact area withโ€ฆ
