I started using this product after having tooth decay on my last 2 dental exams. It has a comfortable bodice that measures just the right amount for you. This is a stronger version, which is why it is written to only be used once a day. The cinnamon flavor isn't too strong and I like it better than the other options. After application, you should not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes.
