Many other reviews mention that their cats hate this carrier but as my cats have never come across a carrier they liked I'll limit myself to this one Evaluation of the practical side. First, the material: it's surprisingly durable. Compared to other carriers, it sits somewhere between soft fabric and plastic carriers, reducing the risk of my cat tearing the fabric or hitting the hard plastic. The zippers are of high quality, the dimensions of all three "entrances" are large and make it easier for the cat to get in. Second, the size: At first I was concerned that it wasn't big enough. My cat (8.5lbs) fits snugly in, not much room to run around but enough to roll over. That's good because if there's too much room and I have to take an abrupt break mid-ride, it won't get stuck. She has enough room at the top to sit down. In general, the size is comfortable. It fits on the floor behind the car seats, again with just enough room to fit perfectly without too much freedom of movement which could lead to injury. Third; Easy to Use: There are three holes, all large enough to climb even with difficulty. the other in the hand with the upper handle. All in all an incredibly good transport box for this price. Will buy another one for my other cat. Oh, and they're good looking and people will stop you and talk about them.
