Review on Vanguard Alta Pro 263AP Tripod by Chai Charoen ᠌

It can't be worse! A waste of money.

After receiving the goods, I checked everything, the tripod head is of dubious quality, for replacement in the future. 1 gum from the site was already peeled off. I had to return the goods after, after 10 minutes of home checking, the rubber pads on the legs of the tripod began to move away, and to scroll as well. I don’t know if this is a marriage, or non-compliance with storage rules, but they are held only by glue, they are not poured into the structure, you need to know this before buying. It is good that this defect appeared immediately after the purchase, since the glue would have cracked at the first frost. Or from exposure to the sun would become viscous. And the same thing happened. Dropped the item off at the store. Respect to the store, no complaints.

Pros
  • Tilting and swivel center column, locking every 15 degrees. Very comfortable, and no backlash when clamping. 4 tripod leg positions. Tripod and tripod head level.
Cons
  • Not comfortable, tight, locks restrict the angle of the legs of the tripods. One of the 3 was too tight. There is no hook for weighting the bar. Replaceable legs (spikes) are bought separately for 2.000 (032022g)
