Easy to use website, great price options for hotels/airports etc., good customer service available 24 hours per day if needed (as it's an international site).

Sometimes difficult when trying access from outside of Europe - sometimes you need VPN! Not something I can highly recommend but may be useful option in certain circumstances given other choices are limited or expensive where your destination is not well represented by their own websites at least as far as prices go.- easy booking process- availability worldwide via many different suppliers makes this much more flexible than some competitors who only have one supplier they work through directly; also allows us greater flexibility over our requirements eg no guarantee we will always get what was required without having been forced into accepting less suitable alternatives due to lack of choice elsewhere.
