Review on Virtual Forensic Computing by David Pullen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very useful tool when needed - must research well first

VFC can be used to recreate the suspect's computer. I like that it doesn't interfere with the computer or my PC, but instead has all files copied somewhere else so can be viewed elsewhere. It requires some technical skills to install correctly. The trial version is not adequate for determining if you want to continue using. Give it a try before deciding. We have been able to view logs on suspects computers without having them connected to their network. I like that it is easy to use, you don't have to be an expert in forensics to get started with this software. It's not as good at searching for files/folders than other programs but if your looking just to find some specific information then VFC can do that too! If you need something simple and quick to help solve cases then definitely give this program a try! We are able to search through our clients computers without having them there by using virtual machines created by us.
