Not tacky enough to paint on primed or acrylic painted canvas stretched over a panel.
Will not stick to painted canvas (fine art painting) but will stick to most types of paper (not heavily textured). Sticks well to most smooth surfaces; painted metal, plastic, melamine, glass, plexiglass, poly. Less sticky than Blue Sensitive Tape 2080. Will not stick to bare wood. Doesn't stick well to loose things, but will stick to things with a hard backing so any movement will loosen it. Doing something simple on metal or plastic might work, but be careful with pressurized paint as it can offset.
