I am 76 years old. I was diagnosed with rheumatic fever when I was 14 months old. My mother said the doctor in Ogden suggested this band because of pain. For several years I woke up in tears from pain in my legs. My mother rubbed this thread on my legs to stop the pain. I started with arthritis about 30 years ago. I still use this lining on my back, legs and shoulders. I've tried other products but they don't provide as much pain relief as Watkins White Linament. The smell is strong but will dissipate after a few minutes.
