With the holidays just around the corner I found this refrigerated display case at just the right time. Thanksgiving is this week, so we're going to put this kid to the test. I've used it a few times to chill a couple dozen cookies, but we'll be using it for cakes and everything we do. I love how much space it has with 4 large racks. A cool feature is that the distance between each post is adjustable. It is very easy to set up and take down and folds up nicely and neatly for storage. This is a must for every baker! I'm also a handyman and was thinking about using it as a dryer. I think this will work fantastic! Either way, this is a great article to have on hand.
