Review on 💾 Glyph Atom RAID SSD: External USB-C, USB 3.0, Thunderbolt 3 (2TB, Black) - High-speed Portable Storage Solution by Chris Bowden

Bought the 2TB version during the Black Friday sale for $429 which is a STEAL considering it was $800 a few months ago -dollars (now $629). First off, this SSD is INCREDIBLY FAST. I'm using it with a 2016 15" MacBook Pro. On the Black Magic Disk speed test, I get 833 MB/s writing and 880 MB/s reading. I have a 45GB Final Cut Pro library file from the internal MBP -SSD transferred to it and it took 52 seconds, do the math backwards...45GB / 52 seconds is 0.865 (GB/s) which makes sense because it's 865 (MB/s) which is even faster than the 833 (MB /s) write speed I got from the Black Magic Disk speed test.
