I love this chopper! My first experience with micro cutting. I will never go back to cross section. It's quiet, smooth and the paper almost shreds to dust :-) The only potential problem is that the machine uses a bit more power than my old paper shredder, so use it on a circuit that doesn't get overused. With all of my office lights, computers, monitors, and other peripherals, my lights dim every time it's turned on. So I prefer a backup battery for this unit rather than asking an electrician to add another circuit in my office. All in all a great purchase!
