. Other sources I have tried are Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin, Carb 10, Carboline (mainly HBCD, Maltodextrin, Dextrose Blend). I notice long lasting sustained energy when taken before and during workouts and absolutely no gastrointestinal or osmotic issues due to carbs not being properly digested. I was so happy to finally find a carb supplement that can be taken during a workout without the gastrointestinal issues associated with other low quality carbs. I can't eat anything while working out, so I rely on carb powders to fuel my workouts. I take 2 to 4 scoops before/during exercise. I will continue to pay premium for a proven product that fits my body.
