The rear wheel worked but the front wheel didn't

I fitted them when I fitted my tires (Michelin Commander III), the rear wheel is smooth as glass but the front tire twitches when I'm 70 and beat more. I checked everything on the bike first, including the valve stem alignment point, and found nothing wrong.
