I personally find your product nonsense. I am 77 years old and have been making cabinets and furniture for longer than I can remember. During that time I have used many types and styles of equipment and have never had anything that has frustrated me more than your lid support. I ordered them for a dresser and liked the idea that they should be cushioned so the grandchildren don't break their fingers and hands closing the lid. I've tried every imaginable combination and nothing has worked as advertised. When I installed them according to the instructions (part of the instructions I could decipher) there was about 1/4"-3/8" between the lid and the main drawer. Another thing, your instructions are a joke. First, they were so small and faded that it was almost impossible to decipher them. Also, I don't know where you studied, but tape measures read as 0.28 inches in decimals. They come in fractions, like 1/4", 1/2", etc. Who knows how much 0.28 inch costs. Bad decision on my part to order from you. Never again.
