It's a solid platform, easy to use, and offers excellent customer service. It's well-suited for a dealership like ours. It has a lot of features, but I wish it were more intuitive. The interface could be cleaner and more user-friendly. It would be great if you could click a button in the dashboard and then go to your customer's page to see all the information you need. It helps us keep up with our customers and their information. We can see everything we need to from one screen. The ease of use is great. It is very user friendly and is easy to learn. I wish that there was a better way to organize contacts. Also the ability to have multiple emails and calls in one contact is great.
