Great software! Easy integration into my website

It's a solid platform, easy to use, and offers excellent customer service. It's well-suited for a dealership like ours. It has a lot of features, but I wish it were more intuitive. The interface could be cleaner and more user-friendly. It would be great if you could click a button in the dashboard and then go to your customer's page to see all the information you need. It helps us keep up with our customers and their information. We can see everything we need to from one screen. The ease of use

Great Program For All Customer Tracking Needs

The ability to stay organized with all of our information about our customers, leads and business partners. It is easy to use and allows us to easily communicate with each other as well as keep track of each other's activities. The only thing I dislike about this program is the fact that it can be confusing when you are new to using it. Sometimes it will ask you for information that you do not know how to find or fill out. This was an issue for me when I first started using it. If you areโ€ฆ

  • Allows quick access into different areas so everyone knows what they should focus their attention towards at any given time in order make sure nothing gets missed! Also saves valuable hours from having too many people trying multiple things instead just doing one task once which means more productivity overall within your day/work load etc.etc..and also gives great customer service!!!!! And last but certainly NOT least its very user friendly!!!!
