Bought for a new tarantula terrarium to measure humidity. When I opened the package, both thermometers showed different readings. I let it acclimate in our room next to our thermometer, which I think is pretty damn accurate, and the humidity in the room was 10-15% below normal. temperature next to each other. The temperature dropped a degree or two. The terrarium is a different story. An hour later, when both have acclimated, the difference is only 4%, which I can live with. For the price I think I can get it working, but remember you should test it before relying on its accuracy.
