I first heard about this spatula from America's Test Kitchen. I wanted to try. For some reason the product we received had a slight scuff on the side. I didn't mean to complain but the best part about this purchase is the outstanding customer service. It was they who wrote to me first and offered to send a replacement. As for the spatula itself, I love how durable and flexible it is for when I really need to scrape the sides of the mixing bowl. It's not flimsy at all compared to my previous cook's double ended spatula (which I still have). It feels a little heavier than other spatulas I have in the kitchen, but it's not noticeable when I'm using it for blending or stirring. I'm starting to use this spatula more and more for everyday use and I love it! I'm still using the damaged one that I also received and didn't notice the wound getting noticeably bigger. I love the one piece design which is so easy to clean compared to others where the spatula head can be separated from the body. . Dirty dishwater sometimes gets between my head and body, or worse, old cookie dough or food if I'm not careful. Not with this spatula. I really think this spatula really takes the cake. They have me as a lifetime customer.
