Well worth the buy! Quality of the pieces was good, durable plastic. The only thing was that his younger sisters dumped out the screws when no one was looking.Dad had to fiddle with it but made it work without all the screws. Definitely needs a helping hand if for a younger child but it's great to do a project with them. His face absolutely lit up when he got the light to work. My sister homeschools, so this is being used as an additional fun project to teach about science and mechanical energy. I am going to try out their other products soon :)
